What makes each plot distinct

• Mithbav Hill Estate — Highest-altitude plot in our network. Cool-night fruit, marginally smaller, dense aroma.
• Devgad Bandar Plot — Sea-facing plot 1.2 km from the harbour. Salt-air-influenced fruit with a distinctive minerality.
• Vijaydurg Heritage Orchard — Oldest grafts in the network. Lower yield per acre, exceptional flavour density.
• Kunkeshwar Orchard — Adjacent to the Kunkeshwar temple. Traditional terraced layout on red laterite.
• Padel Hill Plot — Mid-altitude plot with afternoon shade. Slightly later harvest window than the coastal plots.
• Tambaldeg Estate — Largest plot in the network. Triple A grade is concentrated here — older trees produce larger fruit.
• Achra Co-op Orchard — Newer plantation. High yield per hectare, consistent grade distribution.
• Wadatar Hill Estate — Steep terraces, manual harvest only. Famous locally for early-season Single A fruit.
• Jamsande Orchard — Inland plot with morning sea breeze through the Devgad valley. Balanced sugar-acid profile.
• Kalsuli Plot — Small family plot, fully manual operation. Single-pick policy keeps quality consistent.
• Kotkamte Estate — Hilltop orchard with broad sea view. Tends to produce larger Triple A fruit in good monsoon years.
• Anandwadi Orchard — South-facing slope. Earliest harvest of any plot in our network — typically by May 1.

Why we publish the list

Most Devgad sellers either don't name their farms or name a single marketing-friendly orchard for the whole supply. Listing all twelve plots — village, grower family, hectarage, age — is the only way to let a buyer (or a journalist, or a competitor) actually verify that we work where we say we work. The geographic centre of all twelve plots sits inside Devgad taluka, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra — verifiable on any map.
