One mango. Three grades.
Our partner orchards in Devgad ship Hapus in three distinct piece-weights — same trees, same soil, same monsoon — different position on the canopy. Pick by appetite.
Single A

- Pieces6 mangoes
- Net weight~1.3 kg
- Each fruit200–220g
- Lasts5–7 days
Brightest acidity of the three — younger trees, sun-side branches. Best eaten straight up after lunch. Not ideal for puree (use them whole, they're worth it).
Double A

- Pieces12 mangoes
- Net weight~3.0 kg
- Each fruit240–260g
- Lasts10–14 days
The Hapus standard. Saffron flesh, almost no fibre, that perfume that fills the kitchen the moment you cut. From the prime middle canopy of mature trees. What 7 in 10 of our customers re-order.
Triple A

- Pieces12 mangoes
- Net weight~3.6 kg
- Each fruit280–300g
- PackagingGift crate
Trophy-grade fruit. One mango feeds three. Picked from the oldest 80-year trees — Tree #14, #28, #142 if you want to be specific. Comes in a hand-stamped wooden crate with a personal note card.
A six-clause covenant
between Pinified Mango & your kitchen.
Drawn up because every season, somebody hands you a wax-shiny "Alphonso" with a bitter aftertaste. We promise — in writing — that your box will not be that.
Of Origin
Every mango in your box is sourced from our vetted Devgad partner orchards in Sindhudurg. One region, one variety, one season. No mixing, ever — no Ratnagiri stand-ins, no off-region "Alphonso."
Of Ripening
No carbide. No ethylene chamber. No shortcuts. Mangoes ripen naturally in straw for 5–7 days, the way our grandmother's grandmother did. Slower, sweeter, safer.
Of Harvest
Picked the morning before delivery, between 5:30 and 7:00 AM, when the sap is highest. Each mango is hand-cut with stem intact, never shaken from the tree.
Of Delivery
Mumbai doorstep by 9:00 AM, in our refrigerated van. Delhi & Bangalore by 6:00 PM same day, on the morning IndiGo flight. Tree to your table in under 18 hours.
Of Payment
₹0 today. You pay only when our packer scans your box on the morning of dispatch. Reschedule any number of times until then. No commitment, no card upfront.
Of Recourse
If even a single mango arrives bruised, sour, fibrous or otherwise less than perfect — WhatsApp a photo within 24 hours. Full refund, no questions asked. That's the deal.

Overnight transit.
Refrigerated van from Devgad to Mumbai. Single driver, no transit hub, no second-touch. 14°C, door-to-door.
At your door.
Mumbai by 9 AM in a brown cane crate. Delhi & Bangalore by 6 PM the same day, on a morning IndiGo flight.

A curated marketplace for Devgad Hapus — not just another reseller.
Pinified Mango is a seasonal product by Pinified (a Shree Maruti company). We don't own an orchard and we won't pretend to. What we do: we partner with a small, vetted set of Devgad orchards, audit every batch for carbide-free ripening, run lab tests, and handle the cold-chain so the box that reaches your kitchen is exactly the box we'd send to ours.

The Issue · Spring 2026What Mumbai is saying
about the box.
The smell hit me before I'd even cut the tape. Walked across the kitchen and my mother — visiting from Pune — said three words: "Hapus aaya kya?" She was right. Took me back to my Mami's house in Devgad in one breath. Not one bruise across all twelve.
Gifted six boxes to clients in Bandra. Got three calls the next morning asking where I'd bought them. Two became my customers.
One mushy mango in box two. Sent a photo at 7:14 AM, refund hit my UPI by 10:02 AM. No follow-up call needed. That is service.
Picked at 6 AM in Devgad, in my GK-2 kitchen by 7 PM same day. Don't know how that's possible but the box was still cool when it arrived.
My grandfather is from Sindhudurg and very particular. He cut one, ate it slowly, then said "yes, this is the real thing." Highest praise possible.
§ 06 · The fine printThings people actually
ask before booking.
The mangoes
01How do I know they're actually carbide-free?+
Our partner orchards in Devgad don't gas. Every box is naturally ripened in paddy hay (vai) for 5–7 days — the way Devgad has done it for 200 years. Carbide ripens fruit in 24 hours but turns the flesh fibrous and dulls the smell.
We require a third-party FSSAI lab report (calcium-carbide residue test) for every batch — and we ship a copy in every box.
02Why only Devgad — what about Ratnagiri Hapus?+
Ratnagiri Hapus is excellent. We chose Devgad because the red lateritic soil and the salt breeze from the Arabian Sea give the fruit a thinner skin and a higher sugar–acid ratio. It's also the only Hapus with a GI tag distinct from Ratnagiri's.
03What's the difference between Triple A, A and B grades?+
Triple A — 250–300 g, no skin marks, picked from 25-yr+ trees. Gifting standard.
Grade A — 200–250 g, occasional sun-mark, same trees, same taste.
Grade B — 150–200 g, "ugly" but identical inside. Best value.
Delivery & timing
04When does the 2026 season actually open?+
Pre-booking is open now. First Mumbai deliveries: May 5, 2026. Season runs through late June — about a 6-week window. After June 25 the fruit is past its peak and we stop shipping.
05Which areas in Mumbai do you deliver to?+
All of Mumbai City & Western Suburbs (Colaba → Borivali), plus Powai, Mulund, Thane, Navi Mumbai (Vashi, Nerul, Belapur), and Kharghar.
Pune, Bangalore and Delhi via overnight cold-chain courier — add ₹150.
06Will mangoes ripen in transit or arrive raw?+
We ship at ~70% ripe so they're firm-but-yielding by day 2 in your kitchen. If you need them ready for a Saturday lunch, book a Thursday or Friday slot — that's the sweet spot.
Boxes & orders
07Can I send a box as a gift?+
Yes — and it's the most popular use. Add the recipient's address at checkout, write a 200-character note, and we'll print it on a hand-stamped jute card tucked inside.
The recipient gets tracking SMS without the price.
08Can I split delivery across multiple weeks?+
Yes. Pick a "Trickle" plan at checkout — your boxes spread one per week through the season. You always have fresh fruit, never the panic of 2 dozen ripening at once.
09What about pre-booking — am I locking in price?+
Yes. Pre-book by April 30 and your price is fixed at ₹1,800 / Triple A dozen, even if monsoon timing pushes the market rate higher in late May.
You only pay 10% now. The 90% balance is charged the day before your box ships.
Refunds & trust
10What if a mango is rotten on arrival?+
WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. Full refund or replacement on the next route — your call. No forms, no haggling.
We replaced exactly 0 boxes last May. The policy stands anyway.
11Who is actually behind this?+
Pinified Mango is a seasonal product by Pinified — a separate product company under Shree Maruti. We don't own an orchard. What we do: partner with a small, vetted set of Devgad growers, audit every batch (carbide-free, lab-tested, FSSAI-compliant), and run the cold-chain end-to-end so the box that lands in your kitchen is the box we'd send to ours.
If a batch doesn't pass our quality bar, it doesn't ship. Simple as that.
12Cancellation — what if I change my mind?+
Cancel anytime up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Full refund of the 10% deposit, no questions. After that, the box is already on its way to your kitchen.
The season is short.
The harvest is shorter.
Daily quota caps at 800 boxes across our partner orchards. Last year we sold out by May 18. This year, we're already 68% booked.
