- Vashi cold-chain pack. Phase-change cool packs hold 16–20°C through transit.
- Mumbai–Bangalore early flight. Touchdown BLR by lunchtime.
- Bangalore last-mile next morning. Doorstep between 11 AM and 4 PM.
Bangalore vs Mumbai — what changes
- Lead time: Mumbai 9 AM same-day; Bangalore 11 AM–4 PM next day.
- Fruit ripeness on arrival: Mumbai boxes arrive 80% ripe (1–2 days to peak); Bangalore boxes arrive 80% ripe with the same 1–2 day finish at your home.
- Slot availability: Bangalore air-allocation is capped tighter than Mumbai. Pre-book peak weeks (May 20 to June 10) at least 10 days ahead.
