About the Role
Make booking a same-day delivery effortless. You'll research user needs and design flows that reduce friction across the Pinified experience.
What You Will Do
- Map user journeys for booking, tracking and payments
- Run usability tests and synthesise findings into improvements
- Prototype and iterate on flows before hand-off to UI/engineering
- Contribute to information architecture and content design
What We Expect
- Understanding of UX research and usability principles
- Ability to turn insights into clear wireframes and flows
- Familiarity with Figma and prototyping tools
