About the Role
Be at the heart of getting parcels delivered on time. You'll support live delivery operations, rider coordination and route efficiency across Mumbai.
What You Will Do
- Monitor live deliveries and resolve on-ground exceptions
- Coordinate with the 2W/3W/4W rider fleet and support teams
- Analyse delivery and SLA data to spot efficiency gains
- Help refine standard operating procedures as we scale

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and operational dashboards
- Calm problem-solving under time pressure
